birth rites with Synmia Rosine | Season 1. Ep. 6

Juliana

This is Birth Rites with your host, Synmia Rosine. Birth Rites is a transformative storytelling series that explores stories of birth and creation as a sacred rite of passage. Listen, here we believe whether you’re birthing a human, a project, or an idea, birth as it is, holds the key to healing our individual lives, our culture, and humanity as a whole.

In this weeks episode, we have Juliana. Juliana grew up in a small town in southern Brazil, grounded in community and tradition. At 25, she journeyed to America, where she met her husband, Markus. Together, they embraced vibrant city life across Miami, London, and New York. The birth of their daughter, Antonia, inspired a shift—they sought a slower pace and deeper family connection. This led them to Idyllwild in the San Jacinto Mountains, where they’ve found a nurturing, nature-rich sanctuary to raise their daughter and reconnect with life’s simpler rhythms. Now lets get cozy and listen in as Juliana tells her story.
